By accessing or using Questly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SnapSprint AI Pvt Ltd (operating as “Questly”) (“Questly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Questly is an AI-powered interactive learning platform that teaches real-world skills — including communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal effectiveness — through personalized scenario simulations ("Quests").

Users describe real-life situations they want to practice, and our AI generates interactive scenarios where users can rehearse decisions and conversations in a safe environment. The Service includes scenario generation, turn-by-turn conversation simulations, post-game analysis, and coaching insights.

To use Questly, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Submit content that is harassing, abusive, threatening, or promotes violence
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Questly uses artificial intelligence to generate interactive scenarios and provide feedback. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All scenario content, dialogue, and feedback are AI-generated and should be treated as educational simulations, not professional advice
• AI-generated content does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice
• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite our best efforts to ensure quality
• You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on interactions with the Service
• Questly does not guarantee specific outcomes from practicing with the Service

We continuously work to improve the quality and safety of our AI outputs, but the nature of generative AI means that outputs cannot be guaranteed to be perfect in all cases.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, prompts, and all generated content, is owned by Questly and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the personal information and scenario descriptions you provide to the Service. However, AI-generated outputs (including scenario dialogue, feedback, and coaching insights) are not owned by you and may not be commercially redistributed.

You grant Questly a limited license to use your scenario descriptions solely for the purpose of generating your personalized AI interactions and improving the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Questly offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — Limited access with up to 5 quests per month
• Plus — 35 quests per month with premium quest generation and enhanced conversation depth
• Pro — 100 quests per month with advanced coaching insights, quest rollover, and priority support

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions — contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Scenario data you provide is used solely for generating your personalized AI interactions and is not shared with other users.

Questly integrates with the following third-party services to deliver the Service:

• Google Gemini — AI scenario generation and conversation
• ElevenLabs — Voice synthesis for audio features
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure
• PostHog — Product analytics

Each third-party service is subject to its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUESTLY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUESTLY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

QUESTLY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY REAL-WORLD OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM DECISIONS OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@questly.life.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to Questly, other users, or third parties. We will provide notice where practicable before termination, except in cases of severe violations.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and cancel your account.
